Accessibility statement

What we aim for, what's known to fall short, and how to flag a barrier.

Last updated: 2026-04-28

Goal

We aim for the platform to be usable by visitors with a wide range of abilities. Our target is conformance with the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We haven't yet completed a third-party audit; this statement will be updated when we do.

Known gaps

  • Several research charts are rendered with <canvas> / <svg> via Recharts; keyboard-driven navigation through the data points isn't yet implemented. Underlying numeric data is available via the public API (POST /api/v1/guarantee) and via the table views below most charts.
  • The 3D research-lab visualizations (artist globe and the White River scene) are visual / interactive only; they don't expose an accessible text alternative. Plain-text equivalents of the underlying signals live on the corresponding lab-explorer pages.
  • Color contrast on dark-theme tabular data may fall short of AA on small font sizes; we're tracking this as a P2 sweep.

How to report a barrier

If something is unusable for you, please tell us via /support or email hello@whiteriverresearchgroup.com. Include the page URL and what you were trying to do; we aim to respond within two business days.
